Order Confirmation
A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued after final confirmation of specifications, quantity, and delivery schedule.
Deposit & Balance
Standard terms are 30% deposit with purchase order and 70% balance before shipment. Alternate terms can be discussed.
Currency
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bank Charges
All bank charges on the buyer's side are borne by the buyer. Seller-side charges are covered by us.
Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders are non-cancellable once production starts. Refunds, if applicable, are processed per contract terms.
